The doctors
A place that cares about connections lives from its people. They are the ones who make our centre for integrative-biological dentistry what it is. All their experience, their empathy and their personal commitment serve only one purpose: to make you healthy and keep you healthy. In all facets that the subject entails. Dr. med. dent. Fabian Schick
Specialist in biological dentistry and ceramic implants (ISMI/IAOCI)
Dr. med. dent. Fabian Schick combines biological dentistry, immunological relief and aesthetic excellence into a modern, integrative treatment concept. His focus is on immunological dental rehabilitation using biocompatible materials, aiming to reduce inflammation, support the immune system, and promote sustainable health. At the same time, he emphasizes high-end aesthetic dentistry, as a healthy, radiant smile enhances well-being and confidence.
After completing his dental studies at the Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) of Munich (2010-2016), he gained valuable experience in Ehingen (Donau) and Munich. His doctoral research (2017) focused on optimizing postoperative healing. With his certification in implantology (DGI) and specialization in biological dentistry and ceramic implants (ISMI/IAOCI), he deepened his expertise in immunologically compatible dental treatments. From 2020 to 2024, Dr. Schick worked at the Clinic for Integrative Dentistry Dr. Dr. Johann Lechner in Munich, becoming a leading expert in ceramic implants and metal-free, immune-compatible dental medicine. In recognition of his expertise, he was appointed European Brand Ambassador for Swiss Dental Solutions (SDS) in 2023.
With Biohealth Munich – the centre for integrative-biological dentistry, Dr Schick has realized his vision of modern, immune-friendly, and aesthetic dentistry together with Dr Notter. Here he combines state-of-the-art technology with a deep understanding of the interactions between oral health and general well-being. His approach is based on four central principles:
- Immunological relief through biocompatible materials
- Metal-free ceramic implants for sustainable regeneration
- Integrative health optimization and longevity
- Aesthetic perfection for a naturally beautiful smile
With scientifically backed, individually tailored treatment concepts, Dr. Schick lays the foundation for long-term oral and overall health – because true health starts in the mouth.

Dr. Florian Notter – Specialist in Biological Dentistry & Ceramic Implants (ISMI/IAOCI)
Dr. Florian Notter specializes in integrative-biological and metal-free dentistry, as well as ceramic implantology. His focus is on prevention and individualized root-cause therapy using minimally invasive methods, metal-free high-aesthetic dentistry, and ceramic implants – with the goal of immunological sustainability. He views the mouth as a reflection of overall health.
After graduating from the Tübingen Free Waldorf School, he studied dentistry at LMU Munich (2011–2017) and earned his doctorate in 2018 on the imaging and quantification of salivary gland tumors using advanced ultrasound techniques. From 2017 to 2021, he gained valuable experience in a renowned dental practice in Rosenheim, focusing on surgery, implantology, and complex prosthetic rehabilitation. In 2021, he joined the Clinic for Integrative Dentistry under Dr. Dr. (PhD UCN) Johann Lechner, a pioneering institution in integrative-biological dentistry, where he further specialized in the field. He continuously expands his expertise through postgraduate training in implantology (DGI) and certification as a Specialist in Biological Dentistry & Ceramic Implants (ISMI/IAOCI). Dr. Notter focuses on prevention, in-depth diagnostics, and biological therapy concepts to sustainably relieve the organism and support optimal regeneration. He integrates modern technology with regenerative approaches to ensure long-term oral health.
In 2025, together with Dr. Fabian Schick, he took over the Clinic for Holistic Dentistry Dr. Lechner and founded Biohealth Munich – a center for integrative-biological dentistry & ceramic implantology in the heart of Munich.
Key Focus Areas of Biohealth Munich:
- Comprehensive diagnostics & prevention
- Root-cause therapy & immunological relief
- Sustainable regeneration & aesthetics
For Dr. Notter, the patient as a whole is at the center of his work. His treatments aim not just to alleviate symptoms but to create sustainable solutions for long-term health and well-being. A trusting doctor-patient relationship is essential to him in developing the best individualized therapy approach.
His goal: Integrative prevention and biological treatment concepts as the key to sustainable oral health and immunological balance – for a healthy, happy smile.

When should you seek immediate medical help?
Stay calm! In an emergency, it is essential to act wisely. Seek medical attention immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms:
- Purulent infections with intense pressure or an unpleasant taste in the mouth
- Severe swelling that affects swallowing or breathing
- Fever and a significantly weakened general condition (fatigue, exhaustion, circulatory problems)
- Pronounced discomfort or chills, which may indicate a systemic infection
- Shortness of breath or severe difficulty swallowing, which may suggest serious swelling in the mouth or throat
Independent self-help measures for acute complaints
- Stay calm and avoid worsening the situation; ask family members for assistance if needed.
- Severe pain: Apply a cold compress to the affected area; take painkillers only after consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
- Swelling: Apply light external cooling (e.g., a cool, damp cloth); keep your head slightly elevated.
- Bleeding: Place a sterile compress or clean cloth on the wound and bite down with moderate pressure.
- Shortness of breath or severe difficulty swallowing: Call emergency services (112) immediately!
Normal reactions after a surgical procedure
After a surgical procedure, wound pain, mild to moderate swelling, and slight oozing of blood are completely normal and part of the natural healing process:
- Wound pain & moderate discomfort: Pain is common in the first few days after the procedure. It can usually be managed well with doctor-recommended pain medication.
- Mild to moderate swelling: Some swelling is a normal bodily reaction to the procedure. It can be relieved with cool compresses and plenty of rest and should subside within a few days.
- Light oozing of blood: A minimal amount of blood from the wound or nose in the first few hours up to a day is harmless. Simply apply a sterile compress lightly to the wound to stop the bleeding.
These symptoms should steadily improve over the following days. If pain, swelling, or bleeding worsens, or if additional symptoms occur, seek medical help immediately.
Do not hesitate to seek medical attention – acting quickly can be crucial!

Here, the individual and their health take centre stage. Unreservedly and consistently.
